So, if you're anything like me, you're probably drowning in work right now. And
in this video, we're going to be talking about 10 AI agents that will help you win back so much time every single day.
Let's dive into this right now. The
first AI agent that I want to showcase is connecting ChatGpt into an NAN AI agent, allowing you to integrate this
NAND AI agent into tens of thousands of applications. All the ones you love are
applications. All the ones you love are going to be listed here. And that way for instance, chatbt could perhaps create events on your Google calendar.
So, let's go ahead and let's run this scenario and give this a shot to see how it works. So, I'm going to say, "Please
it works. So, I'm going to say, "Please create me a calendar event for tomorrow at 2 p.m. for 1 hour with Joe." It's
going to follow up with a couple questions just to make sure that it has all the information. I'll go ahead and
say, um, coffee with Joe. Send it off.
and it's going to talk to the connector send that over into NAD, which is going to receive the request. It's going to call the AI agent, create the event
first check for conflicts, and then it's going to send that back into Chat GBT letting us know that we have confirmed the event. How freaking cool is that?
the event. How freaking cool is that?
Now, we have even the calendar invite right here. So, it's a two-way
right here. So, it's a two-way communication back and forth with NAD from chat GPT. We can also take a look at our calendar and see that that is in fact in the calendar. Now, all of these
blueprints that I'm going to be showing today, including the one that you just saw with chatbt, are going to be absolutely for free. All you have to do is go into the description of this video, and there will be links to other videos, which will contain the
blueprints. With those blueprints, you
blueprints. With those blueprints, you can just go in. It'll give you all the step-by-step instructions you need to download them, and then you'll have it absolutely for free in a matter of a couple minutes. Okay, let's move
couple minutes. Okay, let's move forward. The next one that I want to
forward. The next one that I want to talk about is web scraping. So, uh, with this AI agent, you can web scrape tons of different sources. For for instance
you could web scrape information from Tik Tok or Instagram or Apollo or Yellow Pages. I don't know how many people use
Pages. I don't know how many people use Yellow Pages anymore. Um, but yeah anyways, if you still think you're in the 2000s and you want to use Yellow Pages, that's an option as well. And so
bottom line is is that instead of having to manually come in here and find emails and phone numbers from all these websites, you can just do it automatically. Now Apollo is a lead
automatically. Now Apollo is a lead database source. So you can find like
database source. So you can find like CEOs here. You can find the head of
CEOs here. You can find the head of marketing departments or whatever department. They're all going to be
department. They're all going to be located here with their email, phone number for you to contact them. And then
of course yellow pages, social media all that kind of stuff. So we can go ahead. We can give this a shot. I'm
ahead. We can give this a shot. I'm
actually just going to pull up my last message here, paste it in, and demonstrate this in real time. So, we're
going to web scrape five leads from Google Maps. It's going to call this sub
Google Maps. It's going to call this sub agent, which web scrapes data off of Google Maps here, and then it'll place it in real time onto this Google sheet
just down below here. And then it's also going to return, and you can see it just came in here. We just got two additional listings there. It's also going to
listings there. It's also going to return that message back to me via um via nad. Now, in this instance, it just
via nad. Now, in this instance, it just gave me two. And the reason why it gave me two there was because I had actually had a set a hard limit here just for two searches. And I always like to test with
searches. And I always like to test with really small sample sizes because otherwise if you set for like 10,000, it can add up uh in expenses really really quickly. So, it's just better to test
quickly. So, it's just better to test with small amounts of data. Okay, moving
on. The next thing that we can do here is we can act uh we can have this AI agent act as a outbound voice AI caller.
So we could message telegram and then we could say hey I want you to call this person for me and it'll actually go ahead pick up the phone give that call on your behalf which I think is freaking
awesome. However, I just want to uh
awesome. However, I just want to uh preface by saying that this technology while it's super cool, it is in its infancy and I don't think it's like
nearly as good as a human color caller and it won't be for quite some time. And
for that reason, just kind of be careful if you're using it because you're going to get potentially not as good of results as if you just made the the call in the first place. However, in the future, I think that this technology has
a long way to go. So, um we'll we'll we'll see how it uh unfolds over time.
I'm going to go ahead and test this out.
So, first things first, we're going to schedule the call and we're going to wait until the call is completed and then continue the workflow. You can see the call is coming in on my phone.
Hey, I'd like to book a hair appointment. Hey, of course. For what
appointment. Hey, of course. For what
time?
I'm looking to book an appointment between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. on Thursday
if possible. Okay, we have also if available. Sorry. Continue.
available. Sorry. Continue.
No problem.
Additionally, if it's available, Jono prefers to have an appointment with Sarah as the stylist. If she's not available, any other stylist works, too.
Okay, perfect. Sarah is available at 100 p.m. Does that work for Jono? That
p.m. Does that work for Jono? That
sounds Let me quickly check Jono's schedule to make sure. Just a moment please. Okay, no problem.
please. Okay, no problem.
I've checked Jono's schedule and 100 p.m. on
p.m. on
Thursdays. Let's go ahead and book that appointment with Sarah. Can you please confirm the date and time before finalizing? Yep. It's going to be
finalizing? Yep. It's going to be Thursday at 1 p.m.
Great. That works perfectly. Please go
ahead and book that appointment for Jono. Thank you for your assistance.
Jono. Thank you for your assistance.
Will Jono receive a reminder of the appointment? Yeah. How should I give him
appointment? Yeah. How should I give him a reminder? Should I give him a call or
a reminder? Should I give him a call or a text message or a text message reminder should work just fine? Okay. And thank you for your help.
fine? Okay. And thank you for your help.
Can I text back at this phone number?
I'm an AI language model and I don't have the ability to receive text messages. However, you can certainly
messages. However, you can certainly reach out to Jono at the number he provided when he made the appointment.
Thank you for your help. Goodbye. Okay
thanks so much. Bye-bye. And so it's uh it's pretty cool. I I don't think it's like perfect. I think for simple tasks
like perfect. I think for simple tasks like this, it can do the job, but like on a really complicated customer service or sales call, it's not going to do the
best job ever compared to a human. And
so, um, anyways, I think that's cool.
And then it sends it back and this workflow is completed. Now, I'm using Vappy to complete this. This is an AI uh, voice calling application if you guys want to give it a shot. The next
one is my project inbox or project zero inbox workflow where essentially when emails come in, this agent classifies the text into a category. So for
instance, it classifies it into promotional emails like those emails that you got on your birthday being like, "Hey, happy birthday. Spend $100
on my stuff because this is like a birthday gift to you where I'm going to give you like 2 cents off." or social emails where you just get like 10 billion messages from Facebook where it's like this person liked your photo
photo or whatever and you immediately want to disable because it's just so annoying or personal or sales or recruitment all this kind of stuff. Cool
thing is is we can automatically label it. Here's an example in my inbox here.
it. Here's an example in my inbox here.
So we can label it and then we can keep it in the general inbox here like I have for some messages or for other messages you can just remove it from your inbox entirely. You can also create draft
entirely. You can also create draft emails. You can forward those emails to
emails. You can forward those emails to your accounting. Like I have an
your accounting. Like I have an accounting software where I forward all the invoices into. That's really useful if there is an invoice. So we'll filter it to see if there is and then send it over. And yeah, we can also send
over. And yeah, we can also send ourselves notification or send myself notifications in Slack in case something important comes up. So I think that's pretty cool. That is one of the AI
pretty cool. That is one of the AI agents I use every single day. The next
uh AI agent that I want to go over here is actually receiving things like PDF invoices or like image receipts like a
receipt of a an image of a receipt and then we can process that and then send that into something like this Google sheet. We can actually extract all of
sheet. We can actually extract all of these particular line items here from a receipt or from an invoice and then pull that uh pull that out and then put it
into a Google sheet. And so what I'm going to do here is I'm going to test this workflow. Going to I'm just going
this workflow. Going to I'm just going to actually remove this pin here and we're going to start again and I'm going to open up Telegram and send a message
off. So, first things first, I'm going
off. So, first things first, I'm going to upload a file. And that file is going to be of this receipt here. Going to
say, please upload this image of a receipt into Google
Sheets. Perfect. It's sent off. It's
Sheets. Perfect. It's sent off. It's
firing. It's going to the sub agent which is the image processing. It's
going to essentially abstract or take out the text from that image. It's going
to process that, pull out the line items from the text, and then it's going to put that into the Google sheet here.
Let's just go ahead and see this information coming in to the spreadsheet from that particular receipt that I uploaded. I think that's really freaking
uploaded. I think that's really freaking cool. And of course, you can do that
cool. And of course, you can do that with PDFs as well. The next AI agent that I think could save a ton of time here is a personal assistant. So, no
longer do you have to potentially spend 50 grand on hiring your own personal assistant when you can get Telegram and Naden to do that for you through this AI agent. Essentially, how this works is we
agent. Essentially, how this works is we just message Telegram here. And we allow it to do whatever it is that we want it to do. And this is just a couple
to do. And this is just a couple examples here, but it could make calls on our behalf. It could manipulate our calendar. So, like create events
calendar. So, like create events update, delete, search for them. Could
handle our Gmail account. It could post social media event or social media posts. It could handle our to-do list.
posts. It could handle our to-do list.
It could deal with contracts or invoices or whatever. So, obviously, really
or whatever. So, obviously, really powerful stuff. I'm going to go ahead
powerful stuff. I'm going to go ahead and test this out. So, I'm just going to wait for the trigger. And I'm going to say, "Please add to my to-do list to go
shopping tomorrow at 2 p.m. for
groceries." let's just say and send that off. Circling back, the AI agent is
off. Circling back, the AI agent is processing it, sending it to the to-do list over here. And if we come into the to-do list app, we will see the grocery
shopping item just appeared. Now, I
could go back, edit this, change like the priority, I could change the sign or whatever the case may be. All of this stuff can be updated over time. The next
thing that I want to talk about here is adding an AI chatbot onto your website.
So, for instance, take this beautiful stunning website that took me forever.
Took me like a week or two to design.
Honestly, I think it's like a good minimalistic trend here. I don't know.
Tell me what you thought what your thoughts are in the comments down below.
But, um, we got this AI chatbot right here and we can just chat back and forth. So, I could be like, "Hey
forth. So, I could be like, "Hey Nathan, it's a pleasure to meet you." And yeah, we could just have this long drawn out conversation where I express my entire
life story. Nathan tells me his life
life story. Nathan tells me his life story. Um, but you know, I'm just
story. Um, but you know, I'm just teasing you, but like there can be so many things happening here. We can ask address frequently asked questions. We
could send off things like invoices or we could book follow-up or book appointments or whatever the case may be. So, this is a really powerful way to
be. So, this is a really powerful way to automatically message clients back and forth and get them the results they're looking for. The next thing that I want
looking for. The next thing that I want to talk about here is a rag system. So
this is a two-part process. The first
part is essentially pulling documents from Google Drive. So let's say you upload documents to Google Drive like this contract here. We can take this
okay we can extract text from the PDF.
So we take all the text on this document here and we turn it into just like a text file instead of PDF and then we dump it into our vector store here.
Okay. Why this is important is because this database here is a database that is trained on everything to do with our company. So we could put in things like
company. So we could put in things like our contract so that it knows exactly how much we charge it. We could pump uh dump in here like things like our standard operating procedures, any other
documents, any contracts, any text messages, invoices or or whatever right? Everything about your company can
right? Everything about your company can be listed here. anything that you'd at least want to train an employee on and then it can recall this information so that we can communicate back and forth
with our clients such as in our CRM. So
for instance, if I as a MC client here sent in a text message which we'll see coming in in real time saying hey what services do you offer? It's going to call this AI agent which is going to query the database to take a look at the
services that we actually offer in our vector database which is all the information stored on our company which will then send that text message back to the client. Like we can see here we
the client. Like we can see here we offer DJ photo and video services for weddings. It' be great to chat if you're
weddings. It' be great to chat if you're available for a call. Now moving on here the next AI agent that I want to talk about is connecting it into something like lovable.dev. Now lovables.dev Dev
like lovable.dev. Now lovables.dev Dev is a vibe coding app. Essentially, you
can code an entire application just by writing in natural language like, hey, I want you to create me whatever, a prototype or an internal tool. And so
I've gone ahead and I've done that by creating this um nice little social media widget here, which will allow people to essentially plug in information about their company, and
then it'll build out a social media piece or content calendar for that particular person. Now, this isn't
particular person. Now, this isn't entirely an AI agent, but I wanted to put this in anyways because this would be a great opportunity to build in an AI agent where all of a sudden you could
have a custom software app that you built out in 5 minutes. Nobody would
ever know that. They'd be like, "Man these guys spent like years building this tool out, but in actuality, it was like 5 minutes." And uh you can have an AI agent that receives that message and
then maybe just acts as like your own internal chatbt that answers questions or answers users queries or whatnot and then delivers a response back. And so
even just like a simple AI agent like that built into a custom web app would be um would scream high authority to me at least as a consumer if I saw that especially in like a service-based
business when you never expect that kind of stuff. That would be really really
of stuff. That would be really really cool. So, wanted to kind of bring that
cool. So, wanted to kind of bring that up. And the last AI agent that I want to
up. And the last AI agent that I want to go over in the top 10 list here is cloning yourself. So, this is more like
cloning yourself. So, this is more like I guess a nice to have where you can essentially put your the response in an audio message and then send that back to yourself so that when you're
communicating, you're getting audio messages back with your own voice. How
this works is we're using 11 Labs over here. and 11 Labs, you can essentially
here. and 11 Labs, you can essentially voice clone yourself so that when you get a message back, it's like you're speaking to yourself, which is cool.
Also a bit creepy, but uh I'll kind of play the audio so you can hear what it sounds like. Trains carry our hopes on pathways
like. Trains carry our hopes on pathways of progress. And so it's not like 100%
of progress. And so it's not like 100% perfect, but it is pretty close to my voice. And I think that's just really
voice. And I think that's just really cool. So I wanted to throw it in there.
cool. So I wanted to throw it in there.
Thank you guys so much for watching. I
hope you found a lot of value in this video. If you did, make sure to hit that
video. If you did, make sure to hit that subscribe button down below if you haven't done so already. It always blows my mind that uh approximately like 80% of the people that watch my content are
not actually subscribed to me yet. That
always like blows my blows me away. So
if you haven't done so already, highly recommend doing that. It would help me out tremendously. Um and also just, you
out tremendously. Um and also just, you know, you'll be in the loop with future content as well. And as always guys, if you guys are interested in learning more about AI and automation, I highly recommend taking a look at my school
community over here where it's designed for two types of people. Those looking
to automate up to 80% or more of their business. And I'll show you the exact
business. And I'll show you the exact blueprints that I use to automate my business as well as for those looking to build out an AI automation agency. I'm
just going to give you the quickest path possible to get up and running and start making money online with AI automation.
Thanks as always, and I'll see you guys in the next video. Bye-bye.
