All right, everybody. I'm super excited to break down the future of speaker sourcing and how event planners are using AI and event feedback to find the best speakers for free. So, you
obviously have to pay for the speakers, but the finding, the vetting, the sourcing, it's a it's a wildly difficult process. Um, finding the right speaker
process. Um, finding the right speaker right now is so challenging. I want you to think about all the problems you go through. Think about having to uh uh
through. Think about having to uh uh come up with the idea. Uh, then you got to find the speaker and then you got to reach out to them and maybe they don't reply right away and maybe they don't have a video and then if you got to get
them into your contracting system and get them as a vendor and you got to do that each time you have to have a speaker and it becomes a whole thing and it's frustrating especially if you've
got any requests from your team for a last minute speaker or if you're dealing with planning out a big event and you can't risk having a bad speaker. You
can't risk it because it's so important yet it's so important yet it's so frustrating and there's been no advancement in the entire industry for a
long time now. What has happened as many of you know is that oh I can use like chat GPT and I can use AI but if you go to AI and you type in you know top leadership speakers in healthcare it'll
give you a list of speakers but it doesn't really know anything about your event needs. It doesn't really have any
event needs. It doesn't really have any verified information. It's just scraping
verified information. It's just scraping the entirety of the internet to come up with ideas. So really current tools like
with ideas. So really current tools like chat GPT, Perplexity Clone, all these wonderful tools, they're better to be considered brainstorming tools. So for
you to type in ideas of what are examples of speakers that I might like or what examples of topics that I might like to kind of get you going. But
really what you would love to do is to go into a service, a tool, say, "This is exactly what I'm looking for. This is
exactly what my budget is." And then you would get a list of speakers. Well,
that's actually what Talk does. Talk is
a decision tool backed by data. So, I
want to do is show you what Talk is and how it works for an event organizer like you. So, I'm going to stop share my
you. So, I'm going to stop share my screen here and pull up the interwebs.
um and break down this is the important part of um how this all works. So you
can go to talk.com and go to book a speaker. When you click on book a
speaker. When you click on book a speaker, all you've got to do is share all the information that you have about a speaker. So you can tell us your event
a speaker. So you can tell us your event date, where it's held, if it's virtual, what your ideal budget is, tell us who the attendees are, what your outcomes are, if there's any speaker preference
you want like a storyteller or data driven, whatever it might be. And then
once you hit submit request, we get that information and we have a database of almost 12,000 speakers that currently have used our feedback tool. So I'm one of the
feedback tool. So I'm one of the co-founders of Talk It Out. My name is Ariel Moody and for the last 3 years, we've had event planners use our feedback tool to capture information at the end of their speaking engagements.
So, we know things like what audiences they've spoken to, how they've been rated, what outcomes they achieve, what their speaking styles are like, all from audience and client feedback. Now, when
you tell us what you're looking for, instead of something like chat GPT scraping the entirety of the internet, we look at our database, look at all of those factors, and then pull up a list
that looks like this. So, these are uh three speaker options that were chosen for a group who were looking for uh female speakers. And we present you
female speakers. And we present you everything that you need in an applesto apples comparison. You know, you've got
apples comparison. You know, you've got your your videos up top so you can get a little bit of a vibe of how the speaker is. Um you can see what they speak on
is. Um you can see what they speak on here, what their fee is, where they travel from, how much feedback they've received, and how well they've been rated. um we then use our tool to
rated. um we then use our tool to explain why we matched you to that particular uh speaker. So this expresses why this particular speaker was matched
for whatever your event needs were.
We've got list of awards that this person um has achieved. And then we have key audience outcomes. Now this is what's important. In this case, this
what's important. In this case, this speaker has over 720 pieces of feedback.
We've analyzed those pieces of feedback and then came up with the top outcomes that this speaker achieves in their audience's words. So it's not sales copy
audience's words. So it's not sales copy or marketing copy. This is actually what they achieve based on the feedback that they get from speakers. Then you can see more about their individual talks and
what um particular uh presentations that they give. And you can actually see
they give. And you can actually see longer form videos uh if you want to dive in deeper than just a uh you know quick a demo reel. Sometimes that's
enough and sometimes you want to actually see what they do. Um, and then you can book a meeting with them. If you
want to see more about that speaker, like you're like, "Ooh, these three speakers are good, but I want to see more in this speaker." All you got to do is click on their name, and it goes to a full profile that looks like this.
That's got even more data and even more information for you to dive into and see, including information on testimonials, past client feedback, so you can see how uh they were rated. And
you can click on any of these and see how this person was actually rated in real time, which is really, really, really exciting. Um, so it gives you all
really exciting. Um, so it gives you all the information that you need. Uh, you
also have like social media, books, FAQs. So these profiles were built very
FAQs. So these profiles were built very intentionally to help you say, well, here's what I'm looking for. Here's my
budget. And then get people that are exactly in your budget. And also because we know what these speakers have charged and what they're charging, we can help you help you get really qualified
speakers for any budget. So that means if you got $1,000 or $2,500 or $10,000 or $15,000, we can find you a high quality speaker matched by data. Now,
here's how the whole finances and economics of how our tool works. Uh
there is no cost whatsoever for you to come onto our site, search for a speaker and get matched with a speaker. If and
only if we have successfully matched you with someone that you're like, "Yeah, I like this person." And maybe you want to, you know, meet with them on Zoom or something like that, we can set that meeting up for you. No problem. But once
you're like, "Yeah, I like this speaker.
They fit within my budget. Let's go
ahead and book them." Uh if there's any negotiation that needs to happen, we do that negotiation on your behalf. So
we're getting you the highest quality speakers for the budget that you have.
Then if and when we successfully match you, we will take a small percentage from the speaker's speaker fee. Now the
reason why speakers like to do this is because we match them with an event they normally wouldn't get matched with. And
it's industry practice to be able to give a small percentage of the total fee if someone does that. And for you, there's no cost. There's no obligation.
And you're paying the same fee that you would spend on or off our platform. And
you're getting a really really good speaker oftentimes for less than if you went off our platform because we can get you the best rates on our system as well. So you get all of the wins of
well. So you get all of the wins of finding, searching, making the chore and the pain of finding and vetting a speaker. Turn it into a joy. Something
speaker. Turn it into a joy. Something
really, really simple and it cost you nothing. So all you have to do to get
nothing. So all you have to do to get started is go to talk.com and uh tell us what you're looking for in a speaker and we can provide you with a short list. And because we have so
many speakers, almost 12,000 total speakers using our tool, we can pretty much service any audience, any topic, any budget. So, if you've got a really,
any budget. So, if you've got a really, really specific need, come on and check check us out, stress test what we're doing. Uh, if you have a if you don't
doing. Uh, if you have a if you don't really know what you want, you have a general gist, we can help you walk through the process. And the best part of all is we don't just book you to the
speaker. We know how important and high
speaker. We know how important and high stakes your decision is. So choosing a speaker is just part one of it. You also
need to make sure the speaker gets you their bio and you know you have vendor forms filled out and you've got head shot and all the things necessary to promote that. We do that entire process
promote that. We do that entire process with you. You contract with talk. We
with you. You contract with talk. We
make sure that the speaker is executing and doing everything that they're supposed to. We provide everything that
supposed to. We provide everything that you need upfront so there's no guessing.
And when you work with talk, we can become your um MSP, your managing service provider, your sole source for all your speakers. So you can manage uh vendor with us once and then we can
provide speakers for you in an ongoing basis. So you you cut down a lot of your
basis. So you you cut down a lot of your paperwork, you cut down a lot of your individual um applications of the speakers if that's something that you need. And with our contracting process,
need. And with our contracting process, it's smooth, it's easy, we cut down the invoicing time. Our whole job is to make
invoicing time. Our whole job is to make the finding and vetting process as easy as possible. So check out Dot. It's
as possible. So check out Dot. It's
completely free for you to use. It's
backed by realworld data of what audiences are saying about speakers. And
again, since we have so many speakers using our feedback tool, we have all this incredible data that we port over to that profile and can source you. And
sometimes you know what you want only if you see it. So sometimes you might look at a speaker and say, I don't like this speaker. I want more like this one. Can
speaker. I want more like this one. Can
you give me more options? And then our tool gets smarter and smarter and can provide you better and better speaker options as well. So, I hope you enjoyed uh this information on how to take the
speaker finding, vetting, sourcing, booking, contracting, executing process and make it super simple and super easy with talk. So, I hope you enjoyed uh all
with talk. So, I hope you enjoyed uh all that we shared today. If you have any questions, feel free to respond to the uh email that you got the invitation to from this or you can email us at hellot
talk.com and we'll be happy to help source and find great speakers for your event.
