work. Wanted the ground to swallow me up. Um, didn't want to go back out after

me. When you can't trust your equipment, when the tables are so difficult, I just didn't want to be out there. I just did not want to be out there. I wanted to shake his hand and walk out. But people

pay good money to come and watch you play snooker.

So, I battled. I gave it my all. Um, but

yeah, not to be.

You're always going to battle and and try your very very best. You did have a big dilemma, didn't you, coming into tonight, though, with with cues. You

mentioned the equipment.

>> It's been a nightmare. Um, I mean, I've had three cues on the go at this tournament alone. Um, changed to my old

tournament alone. Um, changed to my old one today just to go out there and try and feel a little bit comfortable. And

then as soon as you miss the pink in the first frame, you think, I don't even know where to aim anymore. Um, you know, the cues I've been using have been from one extreme to the other. One's been

thick, one's been thin. So, they're just pushing totally different with side. And

like I say, when the conditions are tough as well.

>> And And why were they tough, do you feel? Ah,

The pockets are already tight as they are. I don't understand why they needed

are. I don't understand why they needed tightening to be fair. I' I'd get it for China, but here they played fine. Um,

again, you know, I'm rambling on a bit, so I have to obviously congratulate Elliot cuz he stuck in there and I felt like I dragged him down a bit, but, um, yeah, wish him well for the best of the tournament.

>> Listen, he's had his struggles and he's never won a match at at the UK Championship in New York. It's it's a big night for him and, you know, obviously you've not been at your very best, but you know, you're you're you're a true sportsman and and and he has done well tonight.

>> To be honest, Ra, I honestly have no idea what's next for me. Um I am completely and totally lost.
