man a break. But no, this is going to be an amazing video. It's going to be a very, very quick, easy technique, but this is something that you're going to take with you the rest of your life. I

love it. I've done it for a while, and it always gets me into a good place.

Good feelings, confidence, sexy, feeling, vibing, all kinds of fun stuff.

And I'm going to put this on different levels of like SP, money, confidence.

I'm going to use different types of things you guys are probably looking for. So, I hit everybody's wants and

for. So, I hit everybody's wants and needs with this. This goes to two components. It's going to be your state,

components. It's going to be your state, like your inner emotional state. And

then the second part that's going to really kick this off is going to be the motivating slashaction factor where you're out there taking action. You just get off the couch,

action. You just get off the couch, throw the remote down, and you just want to make something happen today. It's

going to incorporate these two things.

And please, for the love of God, don't make this so difficult. I know you guys want to take things and make it complicated. You know, just please,

complicated. You know, just please, please keep this simple, okay? Don't

overthink this. One thing I want you to do too is when you use your imagination for this, go back to when you were a kid and anything was possible. There's no

such thing as doubt. There's no such thing as this won't happen. There's no

such thing as a negative in this. All

just do those two things for me and this will work wonders for you and everybody watching. Okay. So let's start with

entire body. And only do this for about 10 seconds. And once you feel like

10 seconds. And once you feel like you've hit like the top, the pinnacle of that feeling, I want you to snap your finger and open your eyes. Now, I do it like this. I with my eyes closed, I'll

like this. I with my eyes closed, I'll kind of take my fingers and I'll go right up the middle like this. And when

I come down, like right down the middle of my body, I'll go like that. and a

loud snap. Don't do like a No, just go.

You can practice this over and over again, but I want you to keep the consistency of the highest. Once you hit that highest vibrational feeling, snap, open your eyes. Only 10 seconds. Don't

do this for a minute, 2 minutes, 5 minutes, 10 minutes. Don't sit here and like waver in this feeling for very long. Very quick. 10 seconds. Boom. Now,

let's look at money very fast. I'm going

to hit everything. Then, I'm going to explain why this works so well. Go to

money. Pretend you're looking at your bank account on your phone on your mobile app. Let's say it says $2,000. Oh

boy. I want you to pretend, again, beautiful imagination. What's a

beautiful imagination. What's a comfortable amount that you can see on there? And it could be whatever. 10,000,

20,000, 50,000, 100,000, $2 million, what'sever comfortable. It's not get too

what'sever comfortable. It's not get too crazy. Again, start small. What is it?

Look at it. Feel it. What are you going to buy with that money today? You got 50 grand in your bank account. Grandma just

gave you $50,000. What are you going to do with that? Oh, I'm going to buy this.

Blah. Just go and then feel that. Feel

that. I got the feel it. I can pay rent easily. I can pay my bills this month.

Feel it. Open your eyes. Snap your

fingers. Bam. Lock it in. Anything else

you want to feel confident. What did I tell you before about that exercise?

Pick someone in front of you admire. It

could be someone that's from a movie, an actor, actress, political figure, someone in the past, from history. It

doesn't matter. They're right in front of you. Slowly walk into their body like

of you. Slowly walk into their body like a soul into the physical body.

Encapsulate.

That's is that the right word? Envelop.

Let's go with that. I shouldn't say words I don't know the meaning to. Got

it. Feel the feelings. You are them.

Like I like James Bond. I've used that example. I walk through like I'm James

example. I walk through like I'm James Bond. I once I do this exercise, I

chasing me. I don't chase them. I go to bars and stuff. I'm confident. I my

My shoulders are back. I feel like I can conquer the world. And then snap, out of it. Now I got it. Think you get the

the same as NLP with what they call uh anchoring. It's where you think of a

anchoring. It's where you think of a good thought and you hold, you know, like your finger like this, like this.

You can hold your wrist, tug on your ear, whatever. Let's say it is like you

ear, whatever. Let's say it is like you tug on your ear every time you think of something good. Even if you're thinking

something good. Even if you're thinking negative and you tug on your ear, your brain's going to go right back to a positive, you know, whatever the memory that you connected it to. So, the reason why I like to do snapping my fingers

like that, it locks in the emotion that you're in, that sound, anytime I hear that, I automatically go right back to that state. And then I get motivated and I just I it's like all of

a sudden I'm like confident. I'm like,

"Yeah, I'm not going to be I'm not going to play video games anymore. No, I got shit to do. I got work to do. I got

money to make. I got women to text. This

and that and the other thing." So, it's so incredibly powerful. Even if I'm in public and I hear someone like snapping their fingers, that emotion kicks back up inside of me. If you're not a big fan

of snapping your fingers, you could like tug on your ear. You could go like that, take a deep breath in, and do that. And

that would reinforce the feeling over and over again. The more you do this, the more it's going to sink in. this

gesture, that gesture, this gesture with that emotional experience feeling, and it's going to shoot up through your body, and it's going to make you feel amazing. And then if it kind of wears

amazing. And then if it kind of wears off, do it again. There it is. And all

of a sudden, this feeling is going to be hitting you so much and so hard, it's going to become your natural state. And

now every time you need it, see, I just feel [laughter] I just feel freaking happy because I've locked in so many emotions to doing this

that if I'm ever feeling sad or or depressed or whatever, I just go and I just automatically get happy cuz it's that locked in. Very, very cool

shit. So, it's just 10 seconds. You

shit. So, it's just 10 seconds. You

don't, again, you don't have to do this for a minute, but I always feel like if you do this for too long, your your brain will start to fight the good.

It'll be like, well, what if they don't hug me as hard as I want them to? What

if this happens? What if they don't like me? So, 10 seconds is good cuz you just

me? So, 10 seconds is good cuz you just you're just getting into the feeling, the moment, and everything else involved. And then do it. It's quick,

involved. And then do it. It's quick,

it's fast, and then you already feel good. And like I said, the component of

good. And like I said, the component of the motivation and action is where you feel so good, you can't just sit down and not do anything. You're going to want to go and do something with these good these good feelings and energy

inside you. So that that's it. God, I
